This curry had us all in disbelief on first taste. How could tofu taste this good? Yeah yeah, the aromatic sweet sauce, delicate spice and fluffy Jasmine rice are all absolutely heavenly. But Jules’ method for giving tofu a texture and chew reminiscent of chicken is, put simply, a game-changer!
Together we’ve managed to incorporate a speedy version of Jules’ Tofu-Chicken method as shown in the video above. Of course if you want to go that extra 10% you can follow Jules’ original method as shown in his now viral video here.

Ingredients we send: jasmine rice, tofu, soy sauce, cornflour, mushrooms, baby sweetcorn, mange tout, Thai green curry paste, coconut milk, soy sauce, red chilli, coriander.
You'll need from your kitchen: cooking oil, salt, pepper.
