We've taken inspiration from various Asian cuisines to come up with this super-light and healthy seared tuna with rice noodle salad dish. Melt-in-the-mouth tuna steak is marinated in soy and wasabe then coated in nutty sesame seeds. The rice noodle salad is packed with flavour from zingy lime juice, fish sauce and a kick of chilli. Perfect for the summer!
