This rich and creamy risotto is both a great winter warmer and also healthy. Ren's risotto uses pearl barley - a traditional Polish ingredient - which is high in fiber and low in cholesterol and refined carbs. The mixed mushrooms - oyster, shiitake, portobellini and chestnut - give the dish a wonderful savoury depth. Plus, it's 100% vegan. 




What we send you: mixed mushrooms (oyster, shiitake, chestnut), fresh thyme, leek, garlic, single soya cream, vegan cheese, vegetable stock pot, coarse grain pearl barley. 

You'll need from your kitchen: salt, pepper, cooking oil.

Allergens contained: soya, barley (gluten), celery. 

Packaged in an environment where we also store and handle cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Not suitable for people with severe allergies.
