When Amy and Julie visit family in Guangzhou, China, there’s a tiny, ramshackle restaurant that always win their custom for its signature Ho Fun dish. Ho refers to the province in Guangdong, while Fun means the flat rice noodles. Add tender beef strips, or “Ow”, and you’ve got Ow Ho Fun, a delicious noodle stir fry that makes for a quick, tasty supper.


Ingredients and allergen info

What we send you: Sirloin steak, dried ho fun noodles, bean sprouts, spring onions, ginger, bicarbonate of soda, white pepper, cornflour, light soy sauce, sugar, chilli oil.

You'll need from your kitchen: cooking oil (preferably neutral flavoured such as vegetable or sunflower), salt.


Allergens contained in dish: soya, gluten

Packaged in an environment where we also store and handle cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Not suitable for people with severe allergies.
