This Asian inspired dish is both healthy and packed full of flavour. Honey, miso and light soy sauce combine here to give the salmon a sweet yet savoury glaze that's to die for. It's accompanied by a sprinkling of sesame seeds and a soba noodle salad. A snap of green on the side is provided by your choice of either stir fried bok choi or tenderstem broccoli.
