We've taken influences from both North Africa - harissa - and the Middle East - tabouli - for this super simple recipe. Juicy marinated chicken combines with the freshness of tabouleh (a delicious bulgur wheat and herb salad). We've created a tahini-harissa drizzle to pour over the chicken to give it an extra flavour boost, and pitta bread on the side. Perfect for warm evenings.
