This is a new kind of recipe kit for us. When we discussed with The Easy Vegan the type of recipe to do next, he wanted something that was versatile enough to be both a lunch or a dinner. (He knows first hand how grim vegan lunch options are in some workplaces.)
So we're delighted to present his Easy Vegan Pastry Bakes. There's not one but two options: a Cornish Pasty-inspired mushroom, swede and potato option, and a gooey vegan sausage and cheese melt.
You can make the pastries on their own - in which case they make a fantastic lunch. (Go on - take them into work and show off your cooking skills to colleagues!) Or they also make a fantastic dinner when accompanied by a beautiful rainbow salad on the side. Just choose your options and get cooking.

Allergens contained in vegan sausage and cheese: wheat, soy.
Allergens contained in rainbow salad: mustard, sulphites.
Packaged in an environment where we also store and handle cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Not suitable for people with severe allergies.
