Inspired by Amy and Julie’s memories of their Mum’s cooking, this easy to make, one-pot recipe  features succulent cauliflower florets soaking up a rich, spicy sauce, spiked with all the flavours of satay that we know and love. Meat-free night just got *way* better.


Ingredients and allergen info

Ingredients we send: ginger, spring onions, garlic, curry powder, dried chilli flakes, light soy sauce, cauliflower, peanut butter, coconut milk, jasmine rice.

You'll need from your kitchen: cooking oil (preferably neutral flavoured like vegetable or sunflower)

Allergens contained: mustard, wheat, soy, peanuts.

Packaged in an environment where we also store and handle cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphur dioxide/sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Not suitable for people with severe allergies.
