Our first recipe from Amy and Julie just had to be their signature potsticker dumplings! Their juicy pork and chive filling and a sweet, tangy yet savoury dipping sauce are a marriage made in dumpling heaven. If you’ve never made dumplings at home before, then the time has come to try! Even the wrapping process is easy now you have Amy and Julie’s ingenious ‘pleat cheats’, so now you can have dumplings for dinner any night of the week!
Ingredients we send: pork mince, Chinese chives (garlic chives), ginger, oysyer sauce, sesame oil, bicarbonate of soda, cornflour, dumpling wrappers, tamarind paste, peanut butter, light soy sauce, fresh coriander.
You'll need from your kitchen: cooking oil (preferably neutral flavoured such as vegetable or sunflower).
Allergens: molluscs (oysters), wheat, sesame, egg, peanuts, soy.
