Ren Behan

Born in Manchester to Polish parents, Ren Behan has always been obsessed with food. After taking an extended break from her work as a lawyer in 2010, Ren started a food blog on her website which blossomed into a new career, writing about her culinary adventures and sharing her recipes. Drawing on her Polish heritage and her diverse collection of cookery books, her recipes combine the best of traditional comfort food with modern, European sensibilities.

Ren’s recipes have featured on BBC Good Food and Great British Chefs. Her cookbook, Wild Honey and Rye showcases her beloved Polish culinary heritage in a modern light.
