This is an iconic Punjabi dish which Hari is truly passionate about. It's is cooked with chicken pieces on the bone and flavoured with a delicate blend of tandoori spices in a yoghurt marinade - both healthy and delicious.
Top tip: leave the chicken to marinade as long as possible (or as long as your hunger will hold out!).
